    Ganja might not be as well-known internationally, but it certainly deserves its spot among the safest cities. During my stay, I found the community to be close-knit and welcoming. The low crime rate and the overall sense of orderliness make Ganja a hidden gem when it comes to safety in Azerbaijan.
