    How is it that living in Sheffield can offer such a good quality of life at a lower cost? That seems like a huge draw for people!

  2. Seems like Sheffield has its perks, but I wonder if the cost of living is really that much lower. A higher salary might sound great, but if expenses are creeping up, how much better off are people really? Just makes you think twice about the whole picture.
