17 Things to Do in Pittsburgh With Kids

Updated On October 8, 2023

Pittsburgh has to be one of my favorite places in the world to visit.

The second largest city in Pennsylvania is a unique mixture of big-city entertainment and events, mixed with the feeling of safety and friendliness of a small town.

No other place offers you the chance to navigate sidewalks that are actual staircases, a wooden street, and brick streets intermingled with concrete ones, and the chance to see high-tech glass and steel buildings sitting beside each other.

That’s not even mentioning the bridges and tunnels.

While a walking tour of the city is worth a visit, kids won’t be entertained long by this.

The following is a small sample of the many activities available for kids of all ages in this great vacation destination.
